I run Workshops & Webinars for parents and parents to be to help them take care of themselves and their own well-being, talk about feelings of anxiety & being overwhelmed that are common emotions, but not always spoken about.

During my Workshops & Webinars you will receive tips and resources to help you make your life with your new baby less stressful and more joyful! 

I will be running a Webinar on 22nd March @ 8pm GMT on Post Natal Anxiety where we will cover:

  • How anxious do you feel? A lot of anxious thoughts are quite normal when you have just had a baby but when your anxiety is preventing you from living the way you want, then it is time to take action
  • Ways of preventing anxiety spiraling out of control
  • Tips to manage anxious times when they come

During the Webinar I will talk through the signs and symptoms and anxiety, give you techniques and practical solutions to improve it.

You will then get the chance to ask me questions which I will answer in the Q&A session.

So that’s right you will have a Psychologist available for you to quiz!

It is important for me to be able to connect with you during my webinars which is why each webinar will have a maximum of 10 participants. Keeping it close and personal to enable us to communicate effectively with each other and in the group.

The webinar will be approx 45-60 minutes and cost £10 per participant.
